It is definitely a beautiful, simple and cozy place to be at. Loved the ambience and the black and white theme cafe interior. We ordered a plate of 'Drunken Frenchman' and picked two different flavours of yogurt from the display fridge beside the counter which was 'Wheatgrass' and 'Mango'. Both the yogurts had textures so soft like homemade yogurts and it tasted exactly as it was named after without the flavour being too overwhelming for our tastebuds.
Next came the 'Drunken Frenchman' (what a catchy name for a french toast) as previously stated in our order!! Hooray! Actually, it is a french toast, spread all over the toast was their own-made peanut butter, topped with bacons, bananas that has been caramelised and ice cream on the top. It is definitely appetising to look at. Also a HUGE diet spoiler with all that calories in one plate. If you love PEANUT BUTTER, i would recommend to try out this french toast for sure! Their peanut butter jam is very rich. However a part from the beautiful appetising way it was brought out, somehow the taste didn't quite blend together. It isn't bad but the combo tasted either too sweet or savoury salty for a french toast. The peanut butter however for some reasons, appeared too sweet or sticky based on individual opinion. We shared the toast together and ate everything except for the toast that was generously given a lot of peanut butter spread on it.
Overall, we loved the ambiance and the service provided. However the prices of the food there is a little bit pricey for college students but it was served at a reasonable portion. Ratings given to this cafe would be 7/10. Not bad!!
